Chu Chu - Utena
This is Chu Chu from Utena. The artist of this sketch is actually Kunihiko Ikuhara. Strange fellow, but seems like a very nice guy ^^;;. He actually is the director of the Utena series which makes me wonder why he even decided to sketch... not that I'm complaining :P....
