Konohana Sakuya - Encounters
Konohana Sakuya from the manga series Encounters by Konohana Sakuya. Konohana Sakuya is actually a husband and wife team. Hence this picture was actually drawn by both (first time i've ever seen that...). The names of the artists are Kohei Nishino and Tsugumi Nishino.
