Miyuki by Atsuko Nakajima
Atsuko Nakajima is the character designer for the You're Under Arrest OVA series, as well as some of the Ranma series. Miyuki is of course one of the dynamic duo in You're Under Arrest, and i was very fortunate in obtaining this sketch ^^;
